Reliability is the repeatability and consistency of findings or measurements in a particular study (Sürücü & Maslakci, 2020). Therefore, it helps assess the extent to which the same results can be achieved if the study were carried out under similar conditions. On the other hand, validity is the extent to which a particular research or study can accurately assess or measure what it was intended to measure. The implication is that it helps in evaluating whether the findings obtained are relevant to the formulated research question or, in some cases, the formulated hypothesis.
