Scenario

His wife reports that he had been vomiting for three days with ”the flu.” She says his level of consciousness was per baseline last evening, but this am was difficulty to wake. His temporal temperature is 101.7 F. heart rate is 125 bpm and his peripheral blood pressure is 85/58. His pulse oximetry is 92% on room air with respiration rate 30/min.

You notify the MD. He orders oxygen at 2 L via NC and an arterial blood gas.

You must proofread your paper. Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
