To effectively provide safe and quality care for my patients, I have to understand how to apply the knowledge learned in school to care in practice. The Essentials of Baccalaureate Education Clinical or critical reasoning in addressing simple to complex situations Being able to apply the skills in critical reasoning that got acquired during the baccalaureate education to solve problems in healthcare (Tyne, 2018). I will learn how to apply clinical reasoning in the management of health and solve complex and simple problems to enhance health outcomes. To effectively solve the problems that may arise in healthcare, I will have to understand what clinical reasoning entails various healthcare problems that may arise. Essentials of Genetic and Genomic Nursing Identification Identifying current and accurate genomic information specific to certain clients and identifying the clients that may benefit from the information (Mahon, 2017). I will learn how to identify the necessary and reliable genetic information applicable to specific clients. This would be essential in meeting the needs of the clients. For effective identification, I will have to better understand the various aspects of genetic identification and how to use it to enhance care effectiveness. Essentials of Genetic and Genomic Nursing Professional responsibilities Explaining the various professional responsibilities that nursing professionals have in providing care associated with genetics and genomics.
