I have several strengths that will enable me to provide appropriate psychiatric care to my patients. First, my professional skills are top-notch. Opportunities for growth:
I should explore some areas for my professional growth. First, I should develop competencies in using different psychiatric screening tools in my practice. I should be able to interpret the results of screening tools and use them to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans. I also need to build my competencies in the use of clinical guidelines in treating psychiatric conditions. My knowledge of evidence-based data translation into practice is still inadequate.
