You’ve analyzed the key characteristics of INDIA into which you are considering entering a market and critical considerations for SHOPKICK
In this final assignment you will pull together all the different types of risk analysis you have done so far (cultural, business, economic etc) into a final decision whether to invest or not to invest in a foreign country. You can use your earlier papers and provide a concise summary on each area of risk analyzed and then conclude with an overall risk analysis.

In order to be effective you first need to offer an analytical framework for the analysis. For example you could offer a radar graph with each spoke being a level of risk and assign a score from low (1) to high (5) risk. For each area of risk explored you will provide a risk score. Connect the dots and you will provide a good quick visual of your paper’s final risk analysis in the various dimensions. Below is the breakdown on points for each section. Note the economic risk has more points allocated and needs a greater level of depth. Note also that your conclusion has to have a good comprehensive assessment of risk and your decision to invest or not into that country. Also note that your references should include academic sources such as books, journals, official country reports, think tank reports etc. It should also include current business publications such as the Wall Street Journal and The Economist.

You must proofread your paper. But do not strictly rely on your computer’s spell-checker and grammar-checker; failure to do so indicates a lack of effort on your part and you can expect your grade to suffer accordingly. Papers with numerous misspelled words and grammatical mistakes will be penalized. Read over your paper – in silence and then aloud – before handing it in and make corrections as necessary. Often it is advantageous to have a friend proofread your paper for obvious errors. Handwritten corrections are preferable to uncorrected mistakes.

Use a standard 10 to 12 point (10 to 12 characters per inch) typeface. Smaller or compressed type and papers with small margins or single-spacing are hard to read. It is better to let your essay run over the recommended number of pages than to try to compress it into fewer pages.

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument
