My current state of health is good, I have allergy induced asthma, I have multiple medication allergies to include penicillin, flagyl, Bactrim, CT IVP dye, aspirin, Tylenol, Motrin and Thimerosal. I have an airborne allergy to shellfish in which I carry an Epinephrine pen. I take medications to help keep allergy symptoms low, with medication I take during season changes to prevent flareups. I recently started a low dose medication for my cholesterol which is now regulated. I also take medication for irritable bowel syndrome-constipation and general arthritic issues. Otherwise, I have no other medical issues. My medication list consists of Vitamin D3, Claritin, Crestor, Linzess, Probiotic, Prenatal vitamin. I have prn medication to include pro air rescue inhaler, Symbicort inhaler, Albuterol nebulizer solution and Mobic. I exercise 2-3x per week my current weight is 195 and I am 5’ 4”.
