Alternatively, search the literature to identify best practices associated with healthcare leadership, communication, or organizational structure and function that may be pertinent to the healthcare leader’s role. At the end of the four-hour period, ensure the healthcare leader has signed the attestation, confirming the number of hours you spent together. Develop an executive summary describing the current organizational structure and communication patterns, along with your evidence-based recommendations for improvement. This summary will then be presented to the healthcare leader. You will also submit a two- to three-paragraph journal assignment reflecting on everything that you have learned during this clinical practice experience. Reflect on your experiences with presenting the executive summary to the healthcare leader, noting their responses to your evidence-based suggestions.
